Where is the stage located?

Butterfield Stage is located at 101 East Cherry St in Downtown Rogers, Arkansas.

What's the capacity of the venue?

Butterfield Stage seats up to 1,500 spectators.

Is there free parking?

Yes! The Butterfly Garden parking lot is adjacent to the stage and offers plenty of parking. There's also free parking on all downtown streets.

What kind of seating is available?

You can reserve a seated table as a ticket option (each table ticket comes with 4 seats). If you do not reserve a table, guests are invited to bring quilts or chairs and sit in the grassy area.

should I reserve a Table?

Tables are expected to sell out quickly. Guests are encouraged to reserve seating when they register for tickets.

How much does it cost to reserve a table?

Tables are $20 each, with no more than four chairs per table.

Does the venue have covered seating?

Yes, the area with reserved tables and chairs is paved and covered.

Can I bring my own chairs?

You may bring your own chairs and blankets for lawn seating.

DO I NEED TO PRINT MY TICKET?

No. Tickets can be scanned from your smart phone or searched by your name at the venue.

Can I upgrade to a table when I arrive?

Based on availability, you may upgrade to a table upon arrival. We highly encourage you to reserve tables ahead of time, as they fill up quickly.

Are there food & beverages available?

Yes! We have Lo-Intervention by Onyx as our exclusive vendor offering a menu of locally sourced foods, beer, and wine from the backstage kitchen.

What is allowed inside the venue?

Quilts/blankets and lawn chairs are accepted. No weapons of any kind, no outside alcohol (except Entertainment District beverages), and no glass bottles or containers. 

Can you access the venue from the Razorback Regional Greenway bike trail?

Absolutely! The entire Railyard Park, including the Butterfield Stage, is accessible from the Greenway. There are bike racks available outside the venue. We pride the area on being multimodal, with not only the bike trail so close but also bus routes offered directly to the area.

Are there bike racks at the venue?

Yes. This is a bike-friendly area with plenty of racks to safely secure your bike while you're here.

Are the railroad tracks near the venue live?

There are live tracks nearby, so please stay alert at places where the roadway crosses a train track and follow all railway safety precautions when visiting the area.

Are masks required? 

No, the City of Rogers mask ordinance is no longer in effect, in accordance with CDC guidelines. We do, however, encourage all patrons, even those vaccinated, to wear masks at events to help prevent the spread of COVID-19 and its variants.

Does the venue have security?

Yes. We do have security on-site during all events.

Are there restrooms available?

There are public restroom areas nearby, including an accessible family restroom. The closest restrooms to the Stage are conveniently located inside the building behind the Stage, and the other is near the Splash Pad on the North End of the park.

What is the weather cancellation policy?

If there is lightning within a 10-mile radius of the stage, the show will be canceled. A push notification will be sent to all ticket holders.

As an artist, can I be considered to perform at the stage? 

Please send an EPK (or any audio, video, bio, and website links you have) to Justin Pounds at jpounds@rogersar.gov or Anna Watson at awatson@rogersar.gov to be considered for performance at Railyard Live.

CAN I RENT OR RESERVE THE VENUE FOR MY EVENT?

No. Butterfield Stage is a City-owned and -operated venue and is not currently available for rental or reservation.
