Yes! The Butterfly Garden parking lot by the historic Frisco caboose is just across the railroad tracks from the stage and offers plenty of parking. There's also free parking on all downtown streets. Please avoid parking in spaces and on property marked with "No Parking" signage.
You can reserve a 4-seat table as a ticket option. If you do not reserve a table, guests are invited to bring blankets or chairs and sit in the open areas behind the tables. Ticket/seating options may vary for certain paid-ticket events.
Tables are expected to sell out quickly. Guests are encouraged to reserve seating when they register for tickets.
Tables are typically $30 each, with no more than four chairs per table. Certain paid-ticket shows may have tables available at different prices.
Yes, the area with reserved tables and chairs is paved and covered, and the canopy is equipped with two 16-foot fans to help make the space more comfortable in the summer heat.
You may bring your own chairs and blankets for lawn seating. Certain paid-ticket shows may have restrictions on the kind of chairs allowed or be listed as standing only for General Admission to allow for increased capacity.
No. Tickets can be scanned from your smart phone or searched by your name at the venue.
Based on availability, you may upgrade to a table upon arrival. We highly encourage you to reserve tables ahead of time, as they fill up quickly. Tables may be purchased online or at the check-in tent with a credit card. Table upgrades at the gate may be unavailable or may only be available as a separate/additional purchase at certain paid-ticket shows.
Yes! We have rotating vendors offering a variety of food, beer, wine, and mixed drinks from the food trucks near the check-in tent and the bar tents in the audience space.
Yes - as long as it does not contain any glass or outside alcohol. Outside alcohol and glass are not allowed into the venue. Coolers and outside food and beverages of any kind may not be allowed at certain paid-ticket shows.
Yes. Pets must remain on a leash, under the control of their owner, and cleaned up after at all times. Please consider that this is a loud concert environment before bringing a pet that is sensitive to loud sounds. Pets may not be allowed at all for certain paid-ticket shows.
Quilts/blankets and lawn chairs are accepted. No weapons of any kind, no outside alcohol (except Entertainment District beverages), and no glass bottles or containers. Allowed items may vary for certain paid-ticket events.
Yes. The general policies listed in the FAQs pertain to the free Railyard Live concert series that takes palce every Friday and Saturday night from the beginning of May through the end of September. Certain paid-ticket events, Community-partnered events, and events at other City venues may have different policies than those listed here. Please refer to your ticket confirmation email from Stubs.net for the specific policies for events other than the Railyard Live free Fri-Sat series, or email Justin Pounds at jpounds@rogersar.gov for clarification.
Yes. This is a bike-friendly area with plenty of racks to safely secure your bike while you're here.
There are live tracks nearby, so please stay alert at places where the roadway crosses a train track and follow all railway safety precautions when visiting the area.
We ask that patrons please use the designated smoking areas to either side of the backstage building if they need to smoke.
Yes. We do have security on-site during all events.
There are public restroom areas nearby, including an accessible family restroom. The closest restrooms to the Stage are conveniently located inside the building behind the Stage, and the other is near the Splash Pad on the North End of the park. Backstage restrooms may be unavailable during certain paid-ticket events, and in those cases, portable toilets will be available on site.
If there is lightning within a 10-mile radius of the stage, the show will be canceled. Notification will be sent to all ticket holders.
